Governance Framework

Fiosrú is committed to achieving the highest possible standards of corporate governance in line with the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies as well as other statutory functions.

Fiosrú is required by its founding statute to prepare a Governance Framework.

This Governance Framework demonstrates the public commitment by the organisation to the governance arrangements put in place to ensure that we meet our statutory obligations while acting in the public interest at all times.

Fiosrú’s Governance Framework will be regularly reviewed to ensure it is effective and up to date. It will also be subject to periodic review by the Fiosrú Executive Board and the Audit and Risk Committee.
