Fiosrú issues market request to potential suppliers for new case management and reporting platform

Fiosrú has issued a Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire, (PQQ) to potential suppliers for a new Case Management System and Reporting Solution for its complaints handling and investigations work.

Fiosrú requires a modern platform that not only supports the management of cases but also strengthens the organisation's ability to meet its strategic priorities of dealing with complaints in a timely, efficient and effective manner as well as promoting confidence in the process for resolving complaints and in investigations.

The questionnaire is designed to explore supplier suitability to deliver a CMS and Reporting Solution which will be a core component of Fiosrú’s digital transformation.

The closing date for interested parties to respond to the questionnaire on eTenders is 30 November 2026.
