Fiosrú has published its Gender Pay Gap Report for 2025.
Prepared in accordance with the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, this report presents the gender pay gap data for the organisation at the 2025 snapshot date and provides a year-on-year comparison with the 2024 reporting period.
The analysis in this report shows a reduction in both the mean and median gender pay gap compared with 2024.Gender pay gap data will continue to be reviewed annually in line with statutory requirements. This ongoing review will support monitoring of trends and inform workforce planning and organisational oversight.
