Fiosrú has issued a market Request for Information from potential suppliers for a new Case Management System and Reporting Solution for its complaints handling and investigations work.
Fiosrú requires a modern platform that not only supports the management of cases but also strengthens the organisation's ability to meet its strategic priorities of dealing with complaints in a timely, efficient and effective manner as well as promoting confidence in the process for resolving complaints and in investigations.
The request consists of a questionnaire to explore options in the market for a CMS and Reporting Solution which will be a core component of Fiosrú’s digital transformation.
The purpose of the pre-market consultation exercise is to:
- Identify the market appetite and possible market players.
- Understand market constraints.
- Understand market trends and developments and planned roadmaps in the Case Management Solution space.
- Provide Fiosrú with insights on potential market solutions including on-premise versus cloud solutions.
- Inform Fiosrú with regard to the possible contractual approaches.
- Inform Fiosrú with regard to the possible implementation approaches.
- Inform Fiosrú with regard to the possible support model approaches.
- Assist Fiosrú in identifying optimum commercial arrangements / models and indicative costs to support the development of a business case.
The output from this process will be used to inform any potential future procurement exercise by Fiosrú.
